About Jay Conger, Ph.D:
Dr. Jay Conger is a world expert in interpersonal and organizational communication, executive coaching, leadership development and program design and organizational change and development. An outstanding teacher, Business Week selected him as the best business school professor to teach leadership to executives. Author of eleven books and over 90 articles and chapters in various books, Dr. Conger researches leadership, innovation, boards of directors, organizational change, and the training and development of leaders and managers.
His articles appear in the Harvard Business Review, Organizational Dynamics, Business & Strategy, Leadership Quarterly, Academy of Management Review, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. His books include Building Leaders: How Successful Companies Develop the Next Generation, and of Winning 'Em Over: A New Model for Managing in the Age of Persuasion. Dr. Conger is a professor of organizational behavior at the London Business School and a senior research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
This program will feature a one-hour presentation followed by 30 minutes of questions and answers.
